What Murderworld Brings to Marvel Contest of Champions
Arcade, the notorious mastermind behind deadly amusement parks, has brought his twisted theme parks, known as Murderworlds, into The Contest. These parks are designed to both entertain and annihilate, pushing heroes and villains to their limits. Arcade's ultimate goal? To rack up the highest score by taking down as many Champions as possible. Players must outsmart Arcade's deadly games or collaborate to dismantle his lethal carnival.
Introducing the New Characters
Amidst the chaos, THE RAFT, the Battlerealm's top prison, is under lockdown due to a gamma radiation crisis. As the Summoner steps in to assist, they encounter Patriot, who's in the thick of the trouble. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced brain is wreaking havoc, controlling both friends and foes.
Mark your calendars: Patriot, aka Eli Bradley, joins the fray on July 18th, followed by The Leader on August 1st. Eli Bradley, the grandson of the original Super Soldiers, carries a legacy as a co-founder of the Young Avengers under the moniker Patriot. On the other hand, Samuel Sterns, once a high school dropout working nights at a chemical plant, transformed into The Leader after a gamma explosion. Instead of using his newfound genius for good, he became a villainous mastermind and the Hulk's arch-nemesis.
