What Are the Abyssal Depths in Albion Online?
A new type of instanced PvP dungeon is arriving. Designed for close-knit groups of two or three players, these dynamic encounters take place within a rapidly collapsing environment.
Players must battle monsters and opposing teams while racing to complete strategic objectives and collect spirits—all before the dungeon crumbles around them. The high risk is matched by substantial rewards, including unique loot highlighted by the developers.
Access to these dungeons is granted through Antiquarian's Dens. These locations also now serve as new entry points for Corrupted Dungeons and Hellgates, both of which are receiving their own set of quality-of-life improvements.
The Abyssal Depths update also focuses on making Albion Online more accessible for newcomers. It integrates the post-tutorial experience directly into the Albion Journal.
New players will follow a clearer, more structured progression path that naturally introduces them to the game's core systems, rather than navigating disconnected quests. Starting with simple tasks, the guide gradually expands to cover crafting, combat, the Destiny Board, and building mechanics.

Quality-of-Life Improvements and System Updates
The update brings several refinements to the user experience. The HUD Tracker receives a visual streamlining, and various interface tweaks improve overall intuitiveness. Tutorial elements have also been made more interactive.
The Learning Points system is undergoing a complete redesign. Players can experiment with a new set of Crystal Weapons, and the Marketplace is being reorganized with an improved category system.
