Lenovo Legion Go S
18" 120Hz WUXGA Gaming Handheld - AMD Ryzen Z2 Go - 32 GB with 1 TB SSD - Glacier White
Priced at $729.99 at Best Buy, the Lenovo Legion Go S is a marvel of modern gaming technology. It boasts an 8-inch display powered by an AMD Ryzen Z2 Go processor, coupled with 32GB RAM and a spacious 1TB SSD. Its design is both lighter and more ergonomic, featuring a rounded shape without the removable controllers found on its predecessor. While the Windows version is ready for preorder, a more budget-friendly SteamOS variant is slated for release in May.
During our hands-on experience at CES 2025, IGN's Jacqueline Thomas praised the Lenovo Legion Go S for its comfort and design. "Even with its large screen, it feels remarkably comfortable in hand, especially without the knobs and dials of the original model. The smooth, rounded sides and the hatched texture on the grips not only feel great but should also help prevent accidental drops," she noted.
Thomas also highlighted the display's quality, stating, "The 1200p LCD panel with a 120Hz framerate is simply gorgeous. It's large enough to clearly see every detail of your game and bright enough to be enjoyed even in the well-lit demo room at CES 2025."
