Doubravka
To romance Doubravka, advance through the main story to the Wedding Crashers quest. At the wedding, speak with Doubravka’s mother near the courtyard entrance, who will encourage you to dance with her daughter.
Engage Doubravka and select these dialogue options:

Black Bartoush

The Time Well Spent buff, one of the game’s strongest, boosts Strength, Agility, and Vitality by +1. It’s earned by sleeping with any NPC, not just bathhouse maids.
How to Romance Klara
Klara, a romanceable NPC with a detailed questline, becomes available during the Back in the Saddle quest. After dueling Micheal, speak with Klara about the knights to prompt her invitation for herb picking.
During the conversation, select these dialogue options:
“I can’t refuse a charming lady.” “Her name’s Klara, I believe.”Proceed with the main quest until the pistole tutorial. At the jail cells, speak with Klara and assist her by persuading or fighting the guard to gain entry.
Help Klara treat prisoners Mark and Zwerk, requiring Schnapps and Bandages. For Mark, provide Schnapps and a Bandage, avoiding alcohol. For Zwerk, supply Schnapps, Bandages, wine, and Chamomile Brew.
After treating the prisoners, visit Klara at her home and follow her to her bed.
