Kaiju No. 8 Game Unveils Additional Visual Content
Spotlighting The Core Character Cast
During Jump Festa 2025's recent conclusion, Akatsuki Games showcased new promotional materials for their developing Kaiju No. 8 project, currently named Kaiju No. 8: The Game (working title). The primary visual presents the series' namesake protagonist against a striking red backdrop with the game's title prominently displayed. Additional screens highlight the five central characters: Kaiju No. 8 himself alongside Reno Ichikawa, Kikoru Shinomiya, Mina Ashiro, and Sōshirō Hoshina.
The gaming adaptation was initially announced half a year prior in June, introduced through a debut trailer. Currently planned as Kaiju No. 8: The Game (subject to change), this free-to-play title with premium content options will launch on PC via Steam alongside mobile versions for Android and iOS. Presently, the developers have confirmed exclusive availability in Japan without announcing potential international expansion plans. The official launch date remains undisclosed at this time.
