After the Winter Tournament, the path to the Pokémon Unite World Championship Series 2025 in Anaheim is now clear, and for Indian teams, the stakes couldn't be higher. The Pokémon Company and Skyesports have unveiled the India Qualifier, running from April 4th to 6th, with an impressive $37,500 prize pool at stake. More than just the prize money, the winner will earn the prestigious opportunity to represent India on the global stage at WCS 2025 in California.
Registrations for the India Qualifiers are currently open and will close on April 4th. The competition starts on April 5th with a single-elimination bracket, from which the top eight teams will advance to the Playoffs on April 6th. Here, the format switches to a double-elimination bracket, offering teams a second chance after a defeat.
Each match will be conducted in a best-of-three format, allowing teams to adapt and outmaneuver their opponents. The fast-paced nature of the event promises thrilling battles, but strategic planning will be crucial given the high stakes.
Not only will the victorious team secure a significant portion of the prize money, but they'll also gain the honor of representing India at the Pokémon Unite World Championship 2025 in Anaheim, California. This event will see the world's top teams compete for the championship title and a share of the global $500,000 prize pool.
