If you're a dedicated Hearthstone player, you'll be excited to know that Battlegrounds Season 10: Second Nature launches on April 29th, alongside the new Embers of the World Tree mini-set on May 13th.
Embers of the World Tree features the Druids of the Flame assaulting this ancient monument. Both they and the opposing Dream Defenders gain new Imbue and Dark Gifts abilities, with the Druids using Fire Magic to ignite your opponents!
The mini-set's key addition is Smouldering Cards. These new Hearthstone cards grow stronger the longer they stay in your hand, but hold them too long and they'll burn out and vanish. You'll need to strategize each turn carefully to maximize their value.
Beyond the mini-set, what does Battleground Season 10: Second Nature bring? Trinkets return as passive powerups offered on Turn 6 and Turn 9 for lesser and greater trinkets respectively. You can also harness wild powers with two new heroes: Cenarius and Buttons.
The minion pool expands significantly with over 75 new and returning characters plus Tavern spells. Naturally, Season 10's Battlegrounds Track includes plenty of new themed cosmetics for completionists!
