Kaiju No. 8 The Game has kicked off pre-registration for Android users worldwide. Akatsuki Games unveiled the initial trailer in June 2024, and after nearly a year of silence, the manga and anime adaptation is set to arrive on mobile and PC soon.
When Will It Hit Mobile?
The app store listing confirms a release date of August 31, 2025. This collaboration between Akatsuki Games, TOHO, and Production I.G aims to capture the essence of Naoya Matsumoto’s universe.
The game blends the anime’s dynamic cinematic style with classic turn-based combat. Players must target a Kaiju’s core to unleash powerful attacks.
Take control of characters like Mina Ashiro, Soshiro Hoshina, and Kikoru Shinomiya, each rendered in detailed 3D models and wielding their iconic moves from the series.
While revisiting key story arcs, the game also introduces fresh, original narratives to expand the Kaiju No. 8 universe.
