Sony Cuts PS5, PS5 Pro Prices for Days of Play

UPDATE: Sony has announced official price reductions as part of its Days of Play 2025 promotional campaign.

According to a post on the PlayStation Blog, Sony has confirmed the return of Days of Play, starting May 28 and running through June 11. The promotion begins at 12:01 AM local time on May 28 and ends at 11:59 PM local time on June 11 in each participating region.

PS5 console deals include the following:

In the United States and Canada, the PlayStation 5 console – Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Bundle (Digital and Standard Editions) will be available starting at $399.99 USD / $509.99 CAD (save up to $119.99 USD / $159.99 CAD compared to purchasing separately). In certain regions like Europe and Asia, PlayStation 5 consoles (Digital and Standard) will be discounted, starting at €399.99 / £339.99 / ¥65,980. PlayStation 5 Pro consoles will receive a $50 USD discount.

There will also be promotions for PS5 accessories and games, such as:

$50 USD off PlayStation VR2 and the PlayStation VR2 Horizon Call of the Mountain Bundle, $30 USD off Pulse Explore wireless earbuds, $30 USD off the DualSense Edge wireless controller, $20 USD off the Access controller, $20 USD off the standard DualSense wireless controller, and a variety of discounts on PS5 games like Astro Bot, MLB The Show 25, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, and LEGO Horizon Adventures.

In addition, new PlayStation Plus subscribers during Days of Play can save up to 33% on eligible 12-month memberships. Existing PlayStation Plus Essential or Extra members who upgrade to PlayStation Plus Premium/Deluxe will receive a 33% discount on the remaining portion of their membership.
