Northern Summit Buttons Puzzle Explained
As you explore the Northern Summit, you'll encounter four Energy Crystals crucial for solving the mountain-top puzzle and unlocking Heaven's Rod. This rod, priced at 1,750,000 C$, boasts exceptional stats, making the effort worthwhile. The Red Energy Crystal, however, is the most elusive. After securing the first three crystals, head to the Glacial Grotto to speak with an NPC. He will task you with uncovering secrets across various islands. Specifically, you must visit several islands and press five buttons to obtain the Red Crystal in Fisch.
All Button Locations To Unlock The Red Crystal
Fortunately, you don't need to scour every corner of every island. Instead, focus on five key locations in Fisch to find and press all the buttons.
Moosewood Island Button Location
The button on Moosewood Island is the simplest to locate. It's positioned behind the leaderboard near the pier, close to the ground.
Roslit Bay Button Location
Upon reaching Roslit Bay, venture deeper into the island. You'll encounter the Angler NPC near a campsite. Inspect the logs on the ground to discover the second button.
Forsaken Shores Button Location
Head to the right side of Forsaken Shores, towards the watchtowers. A red glow is visible from one of them even from your boat. Climb the watchtower closest to the pier to find the button.
Snowcap Island Button Location
The button on Snowcap Island is cleverly concealed. Ascend to Upper Snowcap and locate the Wilson NPC. The fourth button is hidden near the wooden fence beside him.
Ancient Isle Button Location
Your final stop is Ancient Isle. Head directly to the unfinished lighthouse where the last button awaits on the side of the entrance.
After pressing all the buttons, return to the Glacial Grotto and speak to the NPC near the large crystals to unlock the passage to the Red Energy Crystal.
