This DLC introduces a novel governance system specifically designed for nomadic peoples, featuring a unique currency called "herd." The "herd" currency will be central to a ruler's power, impacting military strength, cavalry unit composition, relationships with vassals, and other core gameplay mechanics.
The nomadic lifestyle necessitates constant movement, and this is reflected in the game. A chieftain's migration will be influenced by strategic decisions: negotiation with settled populations or forceful displacement.
Furthermore, players will manage transportable yurts, similar to the adventurer system. These yurts can be upgraded with various components offering distinct advantages.
The expansion also includes iconic yurt towns that nomadic rulers can relocate, mirroring the adventurer camp mechanic. These settlements can be enhanced with additional structures providing diverse functionalities.
