The debut trailer for *Ninja Gaiden 4* promises an action-packed slasher experience with ninja Ryu Hayabusa at the helm. The game introduces innovative mechanics unique to the series, including the ability for players to swiftly navigate environments using wires and rails, as demonstrated in the gameplay trailer.
The game is set in a striking cyberpunk city under a constant deluge of toxic rain. Players will battle through hordes of modified soldiers and otherworldly creatures in an effort to lift an ancient curse that plagues the megacity.
In addition to *Ninja Gaiden 4*, the presentation showcased a significant remaster of *Ninja Gaiden 2*. This remaster has already hit the shelves for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, and is readily available in the Game Pass catalog. Team Ninja has utilized Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) for this remaster, enhancing character models, visual effects, and landscapes.
