Microsoft has unveiled an exciting lineup of Xbox Game Pass titles set to join the service in the first half of April 2025. A recent Xbox Wire post detailed the impressive array of games arriving throughout the month. The action kicks off on April 3 with Gearbox Software's Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition, available across Cloud, Console, and PC platforms for all tiers. Joining it are All You Need Is Help (Console), Still Wakes the Deep (Xbox Series X | S), and Wargroove 2 (Console), all accessible through Game Pass Standard. This initial wave promises to keep even the most dedicated Xbox fans engaged all month long. However, the excitement doesn't stop there; on April 8, South of Midnight (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X | S) and Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition (Console and PC) will be available for all Game Pass subscribers.
South of Midnight, developed by Compulsion Games, is set in the Deep South and promises a captivating folklore adventure. Microsoft describes it as an opportunity to "Explore the mythos and confront mysterious creatures of the Deep South in this modern folktale while learning to weave an ancient power to surmount obstacles and face the pain haunting your hometown." This title is poised to be one of Xbox's major releases of the year, and its inclusion in Game Pass is expected to draw in a large audience eager to explore its rich narrative.
Following closely, Commandos: Origins (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X | S) will be added to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on April 9.
