Marvel Contest of Champions is set to bring a wave of excitement with new additions, including the Summoner’s Choice Champion and a festive Valentine’s Day celebration. Additionally, the game is rolling out a special giveaway to mark the release of Captain America: Brave New World.
Here Are the Big Additions
The roster is expanding with the introduction of the villainous Arnim Zola on February 13th. This brilliant scientist transformed himself into a robot to perpetuate his nefarious plans. Following closely, on February 27th, the new hero, Joaquin Torres’ Falcon, will make his debut. After being abducted by the Sons of the Serpent and subjected to experiments, Torres emerged as a part-human, part-falcon hybrid, eventually taking over the mantle of Falcon from Sam Wilson.
In celebration of the upcoming film Captain America: Brave New World, Marvel Contest of Champions is offering a giveaway featuring Captain America (Sam Wilson) and Red Hulk. This event, running from February 13th to March 30th, will allow players to claim these characters for free, with their star rarity determined by individual progression levels.
And What About the Summoner’s Choice Champion of Marvel Contest of Champions?
The Summoner’s Choice Champion has been decided with over 1.2 million votes, crowning Mr. Knight as the winner. Known for his multiple personalities, impeccable style, and lunar-powered abilities, Mr. Knight is slated to join The Contest later this year.
For the Valentine’s Day festivities, the Love is a Battlerealm sale will be active from February 14th to 21st. Additionally, the Brave New World login calendar, running from February 13th to March 30th, will offer daily bonuses, Champions, and themed profile pictures inspired by the new movie.
The ‘Til Deathless Do Us Part side quest, from February 5th to March 5th, brings a thrilling narrative involving Captain America and Falcon. They embark on a mission to negotiate peace with the Deathless faction, featuring characters like Guillotine, She-Hulk, Vision, and King Groot.
Lastly, the Battlegrounds Pre-Season 26 introduces the True Bromance event, set to run from February 12th to 19th. By completing Solo Objectives and a special Solo Event, players can earn Crystals, Profile Pics, Emotes, and more.
