Some quests in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2* require you to reach Kuttenberg before you can start them. Once you're there, you can freely travel between regions, opening up new adventures. Here's a detailed guide on how to complete the "Under the Straw Hat" quest.
How to Unlock 'Under the Straw Hat' in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

To begin "Under the Straw Hat," you must first start the "In Vino Veritas" side quest in Kuttenberg. Upon arrival, locate Casper Rudolf on the west side of the city, where he's offering free wine samples. Casper needs your help to gather information to enhance his wine.
You have two paths to proceed. You can directly approach Havel and impress him with your wine knowledge, or you can retrieve Casper's book from Adleta and study it to gain more insight. If you choose to meet Havel directly, ensure you're dressed in fancy clothes and are clean. During your conversation with Havel, select "Germany," "Steinberger," and "It’s missing ginger" as your responses to extract the necessary information. Return to Casper with your findings.
Access the Vineyard

Next, Casper tasks you with infiltrating the vineyard north of Kuttenberg to learn more about the incense Havel mentioned. Avoid wandering into the fields to prevent trespassing. Instead, follow the main road into the vineyard and speak with the recruiter, who will initiate the "Under the Straw Hat" quest. Continue along the road, passing a guard as you enter the estate area, until you find Jerome sitting on a bench.
Inform Jerome that you've been instructed to report there. He will provide you with details about working at the vineyard.
Working at the Vineyard

Your job at the vineyard begins the following day. After resting at an inn or your chosen sleeping spot, return to the vineyard in the morning. To earn your pay, you'll need to move sacks to their designated spots and pick plants like Thistle around the vines. Alternatively, you can skip the work and head straight for the secret incense.
The incense is located in the wine cellar, accessible from the main building where you met Jerome. Even as a worker, these areas are restricted, and getting caught will result in punishment. To enter the cellar, you'll need either a lockpick or to steal the keys from Jerome.
In the cellar, find a chest and take all the Sulphur Wicks inside to complete the main objective. For an increased reward, you can also collect seedlings for Casper. From the main building's entrance, head straight across to another door to find the seedlings. Be quick, as this is another trespassing area.
If you choose to work, report to Jerome at the end of the day to collect your pay. Otherwise, return to Casper with the wicks and, if applicable, the seedlings.
By following these steps, you'll successfully complete both "Under the Straw Hat" and "In Vino Veritas" in *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*. You can then move on to other side quests like "Master Schindel’s Toys."
