Fuecoco Takes the Spotlight in March's First Community Day
Pokémon GO enthusiasts, mark your calendars! Fuecoco will be the star of the show during the first Community Day of March, scheduled for March 8, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time. Expect to see Fuecoco appearing more frequently on your map, and with an increased Shiny rate to boot!
Evolving Fuecoco into Skeledirge (via Crocalor) during or within a week after the event will grant it the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Plus, Skeledirge can learn the Charged Attack Torch Song without any time limits, adding more firepower to your arsenal.
Don't miss out on the Special Background Timed Research, which offers a Fuecoco encounter with a Seasonal Special Background. Completing these tasks before the deadline of March 15, 2025, at 10:00 pm local time, will further boost your chances of encountering a Shiny Fuecoco.
For an additional $2.00, trainers can unlock the exclusive Community Day Special Research, which includes three Fuecoco encounters with a Seasonal Special Background, alongside the usual Battle Pass and Rare Candies. This ticket can also be gifted to friends at the Great Friends level or higher.

Choosing Between Candela and Arlo
The Beloved Buddies event, introducing Dhelmise, also offers a unique Timed Research experience. Trainers can choose between two paths: one strengthening bonds with Buddy Pokémon and Team Valor's leader, Candela, and the other focusing on catching Pokémon and battling Team GO Rocket's leader, Arlo.
Before choosing, trainers will complete initial tasks rewarding Ultra Balls and encounters with Remoraid and Mantine. Each path then offers distinct rewards:
