Disney has announced that tickets for the much-anticipated event, Destination D23: A Journey Around the Worlds of Disney, will be available starting April 14, 2025. This exclusive event is set to take place at Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort from August 29 to 31, promising a packed schedule with exclusive presentations from the Walt Disney Archives and Walt Disney Studios, along with spectacular entertainment, sneak peeks into the magical worlds of Disney, and a host of unique interactive and shopping experiences.
To purchase tickets, you must be a D23 Gold Member by the time sales begin at 10am PT/1pm ET on April 14. The entry-level D23 Gold Membership, priced at $49.99 per year, offers numerous benefits including access to other exclusive events and special merchandise. Higher membership tiers with additional perks are also available, and you can explore these options here.
General admission tickets for the event are priced at $299. For those looking for a more premium experience, a limited number of Preferred tickets at $549 and Premiere tickets at $799 will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. These higher-tier tickets include dedicated queues for reserved seating areas, and D23 Gold Members can reserve a ticket for themselves and one guest.
The event features over 25 specially curated presentations covering various aspects of The Walt Disney Company, alongside an exclusive D23 Shopping Spree. While specific details on the presentations are still forthcoming, shopping enthusiasts can look forward to exclusive merchandise from The Walt Disney Company Store, Mickey's of Glendale, Disney Studio Store Hollywood, and Ink & Paint Marketplace.
On August 30, attendees can join the 25th anniversary celebration of The Emperor's New Groove at the D23 Kuzcotopia Night at Typhoon Lagoon. The following day, August 31, will feature the Disney '80s-'90s Celebration in Concert, showcasing performances by Broadway and Disney Animation stars for an unforgettable evening.
Another highlight will be The Walt Disney Archives: Charting the Course, Disney Global Stories & Inspirations, which will explore the diverse cultures that have influenced Disney's beloved stories. Attendees can expect to see items like Dwayne Johnson's Jungle Cruise costume, animation maquettes from The Lion King and Mulan, and original puppets from EPCOT's Tapestry of Nations.
For those arriving a few days early, there will be D23 Nights at Disney Springs and a special A Goofy Movie Throwback Premiere on August 28.
