The beloved adult animated series *Solar Opposites* is set to conclude with its sixth and final season. Hulu officially announced today that fans can expect the premiere of this last installment sometime in the final quarter of 2025. Although the renewal for Season 6 was confirmed in mid-2024, it wasn't until now that viewers learned it would mark the end of the series.
Since its debut in 2020, *Solar Opposites* has captivated audiences with its unique blend of humor and storytelling, following the misadventures of an alien family stranded on Earth after fleeing their doomed home planet. The show was brought to life by the creative minds of Mike McMahan, known for *Star Trek: Lower Decks*, and Justin Roiland, co-creator of *Rick & Morty*. However, Roiland's involvement ended in 2023 following charges of domestic violence, which were later dropped. He was seamlessly replaced by the talented English actor Dan Stevens, who took over the lead voice role.
