With Valentine's Day on the horizon, Marmalade Game Studio and Hasbro have unveiled an exciting update for Monopoly on Android and iOS. Dive into the spirit of love with this special edition, packed with limited-time content designed to enhance your favorite digital board game experience.
Monopoly's Valentine's Day festivities introduce a captivating quiz that matches you with one of four Monopoly tokens, each symbolizing unique forms of love. Enjoy a 24-hour free trial with your matched token, and if you wish to keep it beyond the trial, it will be available at a discounted price.
The update also includes a revamped House Rules event, designed to accelerate gameplay. 'Quick Hotels' lets you build three houses instead of the usual four, while 'Quick End' concludes the game after the first bankruptcy. Additionally, 'Quick Jail' allows you to exit jail on your first turn, and 'Starting Title Deeds' gifts each player three random properties at the start. To keep the pace brisk, you'll bypass tax, Chance, and Community Chest spaces.
To add to the romance, a new set of Cupid-inspired tokens are up for grabs, and the Sweethearts bundle introduces two cherubic figures ready to join the game this Valentine's Day.
