Protagonist Henry will engage in a variety of activities, including drinking, shepherding, archery (both crossbow and bow), prayer, hunting, and assisting villagers with their problems – such as procuring antidotes for the injured.
The game's February 4, 2025 release date remains unchanged. However, recent events have cast a shadow over the development.
Following the discovery of subpoenas within the game, activists launched a campaign to cancel Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Figures like Grummz and other critics, described as "agenda-driven," have amplified concerns, bringing the game under intense scrutiny.
These concerns intensified after reports of a Saudi Arabian ban on KCD 2 emerged online, fueling speculation about the inclusion of "progressive" content. Social media erupted with criticism aimed at the developers, with calls to cancel the game and discourage further funding.
