This steep decline mirrors the performance of 2023's Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which ultimately failed to recoup its costs.
Comscore data reveals a global gross of $289.4 million after two weekends ($141.2 million domestic and $148.2 million international), with a worldwide weekend two gross of $63.5 million. Despite being the biggest theatrical release of 2025 to date, the substantial second-weekend drop has surprised analysts.
