Arknights: Endfield is now accepting sign-ups for its second closed beta
This time around, there's more narrative to experience and a new area to explore.

While many of you are likely preparing for Halloween or settling in for a horror film, some will want to head straight to their computers. That's because Arknights: Endfield is about to open sign-ups for its second closed beta test!
Yes, you can try out the upcoming spinoff early and provide your feedback, with significant new content and changes in this latest version. By now, you probably know the process: visit the official Arknights: Endfield site and register to have a chance to join! The second beta test is scheduled to launch on November 28th, so there's still time to submit your applications.
But what exactly does this new closed beta offer? Well, you'll be able to play through the story again, this time with additional scenes and dialogue to enjoy. Meanwhile, the new Wuling region presents an appealing blend of traditional eastern aesthetics combined with some science fiction elements.
Beyond the end(field)
Not only that, but there are nine new operators for you to explore, including six-star characters like Ardelia, Last Rite and Pogranichnik. Controls and visuals have also been refined for PC and mobile, and combat has seen an update to match its new boss encounters.
I think what will be most intriguing is the best opportunity yet to engage with the Factory system. This is one of the key features of Endfield, along with the new 3D ARPG elements, and brings the tower defence aspects into a more advanced generation. So make sure to check in for a chance to play, and perhaps take some photos using the new photo mode to share as well!
