Gameplay
Objective
The goal in Suika is straightforward yet engaging: merge two identical popcorns to combine them and earn points. The larger the popcorns you merge, the higher the points you'll score. Strategically drop your popcorns by moving your character and leveraging physics to your advantage. As you play, you'll encounter 11 adorable symbols to discover and collect.
Swap
At any point during the game, you have the flexibility to swap your current active symbol with the next one in line, allowing for more strategic gameplay.
Combo
To maximize your score, chain your merges to increase the point multiplier through the Combo counter. If a dropped symbol doesn't immediately create a merge, the points accumulated in the combo counter will still be yours to keep.
Powers
Enhance your gameplay by selecting from 9 unique powers available in the shop. These powers charge up as you merge popcorns and become ready for use once their countdown reaches zero.
Hatching
Watch as all kernels transform into the delightful "Normy" popcorn, adding a fun twist to your merging adventures.
Shake
Utilize the bag's shaking motion from left to right to facilitate new merges, helping you to keep the game flowing smoothly.
Poppy Rain
Take advantage of the "Poppy Rain" event where kernels shower down, offering you numerous opportunities to create merges and boost your score.
Combo x2
Activate the "Combo x2" power to double the points earned from your combo counter, making every merge count even more.
Payday
Experience the thrill when "Goldy" himself makes an appearance in your game. Use this power for free and enjoy the benefits it brings.
Bomb
Deploy the explosive "Bomb" power; once dropped, it will detonate and clear out nearby symbols, giving you room to maneuver.
Fireball
Unleash the chaotic "Fireball" that bounces around uncontrollably, destroying any symbols it contacts before it vanishes.
Scramble
Harness the unpredictable "Scramble" power that randomly upgrades several symbols, potentially turning the tide of the game in your favor.
Joker
Don't underestimate the "Joker" popcorn; though small, it's mighty and evolves the first symbol it touches, adding a strategic element to your gameplay.
