EA Sports FC Mobile is heading to Shanghai for its premier esports events
Fans can look forward to a dynamic blend of high-octane esports and lively entertainment
This marks the second consecutive year of esports competitions for the mobile version
If you’re passionate about football and mobile gaming, don’t overlook ticket prices for Shanghai this year—EA Sports FC Mobile’s flagship esports events, the FC Pro Champions Cup and FC Pro Mobile Festival, are returning to Shanghai for their second edition!
Launched in 2024, the FC Pro Champions Cup, running from September 9th to 12th, and the FC Pro Mobile Festival, taking place from September 13th to 14th, promise an electrifying mix of competitive play and engaging spectacle. At least, that’s the intent.
The FC Pro Champions Cup follows a classic esports structure, with the region’s top six players advancing through group stages and playoffs for a chance to claim a share of the $60,000 prize pool.

A festivus for the rest of us
The FC Pro Mobile Festival brings a unique twist, uniting players from China, Southeast Asia, Europe, and beyond. Ten teams—each consisting of one professional player and one creator—compete in a round-robin format on day one to secure a spot on day two.
On the second day, only one duo will emerge victorious, claiming a portion of the $5,000 prize fund. Beyond the matches, attendees can expect a full lineup of entertainment. With EA expanding its reach after FIFA, these events could very well become recurring highlights in the years ahead.
