Many RPG fans relish replaying the main quest on higher difficulties, wielding earned skills and gear. Unfortunately, *Avowed* currently lacks New Game Plus. While not available at launch, it's a feature Obsidian might add via future updates or DLC, given player demand.
However, replayability exists even without New Game Plus. *Avowed*'s impactful choices create diverse storylines and character builds, making a fresh playthrough worthwhile to explore different endings and character paths.
Does Avowed Have Endgame Content?
*Avowed* features four main regions, a secret final area, and a return to a major city (details withheld to avoid spoilers). Legendary-quality weapons and gear become crucial here. While challenging, this late-game content doesn't affect earlier areas, nor does it unlock new ones. Post-credits, you can't revisit the Living Lands as shaped by your choices.

What You Can Do After You Beat Avowed
Lacking New Game Plus and substantial endgame content, *Avowed*'s post-game is relatively limited. The final encounter is followed by several minutes of cutscenes detailing the consequences of your decisions. Afterwards, you're returned to the main menu.
From there, you can start a new game or reload a previous save. Autosaves before the final encounter and the point of no return are accessible, allowing replays of those sections with altered choices for different story outcomes. Reloading to before the point of no return also allows revisiting earlier regions to complete side quests, collect missed items, and mop up achievements. Enemies in these earlier areas won't scale to your level, making for potentially very easy encounters with your upgraded gear.
