Adin Ross's Commitment to Kick: A Permanent Fixture with "Bigger" Plans

Popular streamer Adin Ross has definitively declared his intention to remain on the Kick streaming platform. Following a period of absence that fueled speculation about his departure, Ross's recent return, coupled with a new livestream and public statements, confirms his long-term commitment.

Ross, known for his engaging (and sometimes controversial) content, joined Kick after a permanent ban from Twitch in 2023. His move, alongside other prominent streamers, significantly contributed to Kick's rapid growth. While 2023 saw considerable success, his unexpected hiatus in 2024 sparked rumors of a rift with Kick CEO Ed Craven. However, a December 21, 2024 livestream with Craven dispelled these rumors, with Ross explicitly stating his intention to stay. This was further reinforced by a subsequent tweet assuring fans of his permanent return. His January 4, 2025 livestream, a 74-day absence concluded, alongside Cuffem, Shaggy, and Konvy, solidified this commitment.

Ambitious Future Plans on the Horizon

Ross's announcement included a tantalizing hint of "something even bigger" in the works. While specifics remain undisclosed, many speculate this relates to his Brand Risk boxing events, a project he intends to expand with Kick's support. Given previous legal challenges with Misfits Boxing earlier in 2024, the success of future Brand Risk ventures will be closely watched.

Ross's decision is a significant boost for both his fanbase and Kick itself. The platform, actively competing with Twitch, aims for either dominance or acquisition, a goal that seems increasingly plausible given its current momentum and strategic partnerships with top-tier streamers. Bijan Tehrani's earlier statements regarding Kick's ambitious goals underscore this aggressive growth strategy.
