Each temple challenges the duo to jump and dodge environmental hazards: Fireboy is safe in lava but vulnerable to water; Watergirl thrives in water but fears fire. Avoid spikes! Each screen requires both characters to reach their color-coded doors. Collect matching-colored diamonds for higher scores.
Solve puzzles by activating buttons, moving crates, and operating switches to clear paths.
Beyond running and jumping, teamwork is essential. Use one character to hold switches or lower platforms while the other advances. Reunite both to proceed. Levels vary—some test speed, others demand simultaneous movement or item collection. Earn ratings based on performance and revisit levels to improve your skills.
