Please note that the app contains only one sample song. To fully enjoy the game, you will need to manually add your own music data to the device's storage or SD card. Without the score data, you won't be able to play.
Due to enhanced security features in Android, when upgrading from Taiko Daijiro 2, the default TJA folder directly under the root folder is no longer accessible. As a result, this has evolved into a separate app.
I apologize to those who have left reviews; I haven't had the chance to read and respond to them yet. If you have any requests, please send us an email, and we will definitely look into them.
We regret that due to the vast number of Android devices, we are unable to test on all of them. We do not support devices that fail to start. To ensure smooth operation, please use a task killer to delete background tasks before launching the application.
We do not provide assistance with obtaining TJA files and skins, so please understand that we will not respond to such inquiries.
■How to Insert Songs
To add songs, place the music files (tja) in the following folder:
/Android/data/com.daijiro.taiko3/files/TJA
(Note: The /TJA folder used in Taiko-san Daijiro 2 is no longer accessible from regular apps due to security enhancements.)
If you're migrating from Taiko-san Daijiro 2, use a file management application to copy or move your score files. If you're downloading from the internet, place the zip file in the "Taiko-san Daijiro 3" folder.
Without a genre.ini file in your genre folder, the genre will be labeled as "Uncategorized".
■How to Insert the Skin
The app supports the skin data from "Taiko-san Jiro 2", though some skins may not be implemented yet. Skins from "Taiko-san Jiro" (non-2 version) and "Taiko-sanjiro 2" are not supported. Be aware that certain models and skin data might slow down the app's performance.
