Wuthering Waves Version 2.1, "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls," is launching February 13th, bringing a wave of new content. This update introduces two new five-star Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, each boasting unique combat styles, alongside new weapons like the five-star Luminous Hymn and Unflickering Valor, and the four-star Ocean's Gift (obtainable through a fishing event).
Explore newly added regions: the Vault Underground, a secure storage facility beneath the Sea of Clouds, and the Riccioli Islands, preserving Rinascita's ancient traditions. These areas offer fresh challenges and expand the game's lore, further enriched by new story content like Brant’s Companion Story and the Silent as a Falling Leaf Exploration Quest. Prepare to face new Echoes, including Rage Against the Statue and Aero Prism.
Version 2.1 also features several limited-time events. "Old Man and the Whale" is a fishing event in the Riccioli Islands, while "Apex Ragunna" is tied to the Carnevale festival, unlocking new areas in Ragunna City. These events, along with Wuthering Waves codes (available elsewhere), provide ample opportunities for resource gathering. For combat enthusiasts, Tactical Simulacra III, Infinite Battle Simulation II, and the permanent high-difficulty Whimpering Wastes zone offer structured challenges.
