Nearly ten years after its debut, the Inferno Dragon takes center stage in an innovative Clash Royale marketing campaign. The trailer features Ismo Leikola in a standout performance as the dragon's persistent Hollywood agent, determined to secure his client's fame beyond the battlefield. This creative narrative shows the Inferno Dragon whimsically abandoning its royal combat duties to chase celebrity status, offering both humor and insight into this iconic card's personality.
The new Evolution variant fundamentally alters the Inferno Dragon's battlefield effectiveness. Unlike its predecessor which reset damage when switching targets, the evolved version maintains its devastating damage ramp-up regardless of target changes, creating formidable offensive potential.
Evolution Ignites New Competitive Season
Dubbed "How to Evolve Your Dragon!", the current season introduces not only the Inferno Dragon Evolution but also revives the popular 2v2 League. Players can team up with friends or match with random partners to climb the competitive ladder and earn exclusive rewards.
The season features multiple progression systems:
- Milestone Events (available from Arena 7) offer 3 Lumberjack Evolution Shards, an Epic Book of Cards, and exclusive cosmetics
- Crown Chase #1 rewards a complete Battle Banner set with frame and decoration plus an Epic Book of Cards
- Crown Chase #2 provides another Battle Banner and 3 Evolution Shards
