SoMoGa Inc. has released a revitalized version of Vay, the classic 16-bit RPG, now available on Android, iOS, and Steam. This updated edition boasts stunning new visuals, a streamlined user interface, and welcome controller support, breathing new life into this beloved title.
Originally released in Japan in 1993 for the Sega CD and developed by Hertz, Vay was later localized for the US by Working Designs. SoMoGa previously kept the spirit of Vay alive with a 2008 iOS release.

The Story of Vay
The game unfolds in a distant galaxy scarred by a millennium-long interstellar war. A colossal, malfunctioning machine crashed into the technologically underdeveloped planet Vay, unleashing destruction and chaos.
Players embark on a quest to rescue their kidnapped wife, a mission that may ultimately determine the fate of the world. Attacked on their wedding day, the protagonist sets out on an epic journey to thwart the war machines and restore peace.
Vay's captivating story blends nostalgia with fresh elements. Faithful to its JRPG roots, characters gain experience and gold through random encounters. The game includes nearly ten minutes of animated cutscenes, available in both English and Japanese audio.
