Prepare for Pokémon GO's Gigantamax Frenzy!
The GO Wild Area event introduces Toxtricity, the Punk Pokémon, in both its standard and Dynamax forms. Team up for Max Battles to earn a Toxtricity as a Special Research reward.
Gigantamax Pokémon are dramatically larger and visually distinct. You'll need a team of up to 40 Trainers to defeat them, demanding strategy and coordination, along with plenty of Max Particles.
Max Particles power up your Pokémon's Max Moves. Gigantamax Pokémon also unleash unique G-Max Moves. The Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global event runs November 23rd and 24th. Check out the trailer below!
You're already familiar with Dynamax Pokémon in Pokémon GO—massive, red-glowing giants surrounded by swirling clouds. Trainers level 13 and above can access the "To the Max!" Special Research, guiding them to these powerful creatures.Max Battles take place at Power Spots, which appear randomly across the game map. Explore to find them!
