Pokémon Go Tour: Unova is almost here! The global event kicks off March 1st and 2nd, but the excitement starts early with "Road to Unova," running February 24th to March 1st.
This pre-event offers a chance to prepare for the main event. Similar to last year's tour, Road to Unova lets you complete challenges and earn rewards before the main festivities begin. Whether you prefer catching Pokémon in the wild or participating in raids, there's something for everyone.
A free Tour Pass is automatically awarded, providing a progression track to earn Tour Points and unlock bonuses. For an enhanced experience, the optional Tour Pass Deluxe offers upgraded rewards, including a Victini encounter.
Shiny Meloetta makes its Pokémon Go debut! Obtainable via a $4.99 Masterwork Research ticket (non-expiring), this research offers a chance to catch this rare Pokémon. Additional tickets provide event-exclusive bonuses like themed hatching or raid rewards, and exclusive avatar items.

During Road to Unova, you'll encounter wild Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott, with the possibility of finding their evolved forms. Raids will feature Genesect (various Drives), Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, and more. Five-star raids offer Pokémon with special backgrounds inspired by Pokémon Black and White.
