How to Trade in Path of Exile 2
Path of Exile 2 offers two primary trading methods: direct player-to-player trades and the official trade website.
In-Game Trading
If you're in the same game instance as another player, right-click their character and select "Trade." Both players then choose their trade items. Confirm the exchange once both are satisfied.
Alternatively, use global chat or direct messages. Right-click a player's name in chat, invite them to your party, teleport to their location, and initiate a trade by right-clicking their character.
The Path of Exile 2 Trade Market
The game features an online auction-style marketplace accessible via the official trade website (link provided). You'll need a linked PoE account.
To buy, use the website's filters to locate desired items. Click "Direct Whisper" to send an in-game message to the seller, arrange a meeting, and complete the transaction.
Selling requires a Premium Stash Tab (purchased from the in-game shop). Place the item in the Premium Stash, set it to "Public," and optionally set a price via right-click; it'll automatically appear on the trade site. Buyers will contact you in-game to finalize the trade.
