Modders have restored content cut from Bloodborne and made it work on PC

The Bloodborne Magnum Opus mod, now available for PC, breathes new life into the game by restoring cut content, including multiple simultaneous boss encounters. While some texture and animation issues persist, enemies remain functional.

Magnum Opus significantly alters the original Bloodborne experience, reintroducing weapons, armor sets, and relocating enemies. The accompanying video showcases some of the newly added bosses.

While a PC release was nearly a reality last August, and Hidetaka Miyazaki has hinted at the possibility, an official announcement remains elusive. This has led players to explore workarounds and emulators.

The emergence of a functional PS4 emulator has been a game-changer. Modders quickly accessed the character editor, and now, remarkably, full gameplay is possible. Online videos demonstrate Bloodborne running on PC, though imperfections remain.
