The quest description is straightforward: find Rosalie at the marked location.
Rosalie will request a hairstyle from the "Simple" category. Access your hairstyle collection (press 'C'), find the "Simple" category (located below the character image), and select a hairstyle. I chose the one from the fisherman set.
Feel free to experiment with outfits or simply change the hairstyle temporarily. Once you've chosen, return to Rosalie and interact with her. A short cutscene will play, confirming quest completion.
