The Glitching Carrots puzzle appears in MiSide's "Reading Books, Destroying Glitches" chapter, which begins with Player One's arrival at Mila's game world. After the initial dialogue, you'll navigate rooms to resolve glitches resembling floating black holes.
During this process, you'll encounter a peculiar carrot that vanishes and reappears, growing larger with each teleport. The solution involves tracking its various spawn points. Completing this puzzle unlocks the Carrot achievement.
