The excitement surrounding Natlan is reaching fever pitch! Genshin Impact has announced the date for its highly anticipated Natlan special program, generating considerable buzz within the community. This live stream will premiere on Twitch and YouTube this Friday at 12:00 AM (UTC-4).
The program's poster, titled "Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn," promises a wealth of Natlan reveals, including official banners and free rewards.
The Bennett Question: Generous Gift or Disappointment?
Let's address the elephant in the room: the free Bennett character. While many players anticipated a free Kachina, a Natlan native, Hoyoverse has opted for a different approach. Instead, the adventurous Bennett is the free 4-star character offered during the Genshin Impact Special Program.
It's rumored that Bennett hails from Natlan, so he arguably fits the theme. Acquiring him will require completing a world quest. However, Kachina will not be freely available. This departure from the usual tradition of providing a free character from the new region for exploration purposes is a notable change in Hoyoverse's strategy.
A Bounty of Free Wishes
The free wishes are what's truly capturing everyone's attention. The initial count of 113 was revised to 110, and now stands at 115. This final number seems confirmed; diligent players who complete all Version 5.0 content can expect this many wishes. Even with less dedicated playtime, you can still anticipate roughly 90 free pulls.
With Version 5.0 launching on August 28th, Genshin Impact's 4th anniversary is also on the horizon, bringing additional rewards. Hoyoverse is launching a 7-day login event soon, offering ten fates, 1600 Primogems, a unique pet, and a gadget. Considering daily commissions, world quests, Spiral Abyss runs, and events, players can expect around 18,435 Primogems, or 115 wishes.
