A ranked checkpoint will be reached in 10 days, rewarding players who participated in ranked matches. Gold rank and above players will receive exclusive skins, while Grandmasters and beyond will earn a prestigious Crest of Honor.
However, a partial rank reset is planned, demoting players by four divisions. This decision has drawn criticism, as players feel their progress is unfairly diminished mid-season. The concern is that this could discourage less dedicated players from participating in ranked mode.
Developers have acknowledged the feedback and indicated a willingness to adjust the reset mechanism in the future based on player response. If the negative feedback is significant, changes are possible.
