Ryu Ga Gotoku (RGG) Studio is giving fans a voice in shaping the celebration of the Like a Dragon (LAD) franchise's 20th anniversary, culminating in December 2025. A unique fan vote is underway, allowing players to select their favorite in-game items to be transformed into official merchandise.

One hundred iconic items are up for grabs, ranging from lingerie and incense to mahjong tiles, karaoke microphones, and even Kiryu's signature dragon mask. The winning item, as determined by fan votes, is guaranteed to be produced and released within two years. Voting runs from February 8th, 2025, to March 21st, 2025, with one vote allowed per day. A subsequent survey will finalize the design of the winning merchandise.
