This guide details how to romance Panam Palmer in Cyberpunk 2077. Note: This romance is only available to male V.
Prerequisites: You must be playing as a male V and have progressed to Act 2.
Key Missions: The romance unfolds across several missions. Completing them in the correct order and making specific dialogue choices is crucial.
1. Complete Ghost Town: This main job introduces Panam. Agree to help her retrieve her car. After defeating Nash, choose "OK. So where’s this hideout?" At the Sunset Motel, select either "To your ride!" or "To what’s ahead!" when drinking. Then, flirt with Panam by saying "Maybe we get just one room?"
2. Complete Lightning Breaks: This mission involves bringing down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. Dialogue choices don't significantly impact the romance, but stay close to Panam and follow her lead.
3. Complete Life During Wartime: After finding Hellman, choose "It really wasn’t Panam’s fault" when confronted by the Aldecaldos. After the mission, reply to Panam's message with: "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours/days and complete other quests until Panam contacts you. It's crucial to respond to her call within 24 in-game hours to avoid failing the romance.
4. Complete Riders of the Storm: Agree to help Panam save Saul. Choose "We’re chooms, that’s why" and "Yeah, ‘course" when offered to ride with her. After saving Saul, select "Let’s take it easy – you’re both tired" or "Shitty idea, Panam’s right." At the motel, choose the flirtatious options: "Pleased with your stay, ma’am?", "You’d be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma’am.", and "[Touch Panam’s thigh] Got a few ideas." The next morning, choose "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…"
5. Complete With a Little Help from My Friends: Agree to help Panam. Choose "OK, I’m in" and "I’m riding with you." During the conversation at the communications tower, select the following options: "[Stand by window] Missed you.", "So let’s start.", "Great plan. What went wrong?", "So far, so good.", "Why’s it different with me?", and "[Touch Panam’s hand] Next time, try following that impulse." At the campfire, choose "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold."
6. Complete Queen of the Highway: Wait a day, then respond to Panam's call to return to the Aldecaldos camp. Choose "Nice and cozy in here." During the Basilisk sequence, select "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let’s go." After the Basilisk battle, choose dialogue options that maintain your connection with Panam. Finally, choose "I can stay for a bit. Thanks" and then "[Kiss Panam] Thanks for being here for me."
Post-Romance: After completing "Queen of the Highway," you'll have unlocked the Star ending and can continue your romance with Panam. Update 2.1 adds the "I Really Want To Stay At Your House" mission, allowing you to invite Panam to your apartment for a cozy night in.
