Alphabet - Alphabet for Children from 3 to 5 Years Old and Toddlers in Russian. Learning Letters and Sounds
Talking Alphabet for Children and Toddlers is an engaging educational game crafted with love, inspired by my own journey teaching my daughter. This game offers a variety of learning modes, including letters, sounds, vowels, and consonants, as well as voiced and unvoiced options. It features vibrant illustrations, a user-friendly interface, and professional voiceovers by a Russian language teacher!
Mastering the alphabet is crucial for young learners as it sets the foundation for quick letter and sound recognition, paving the way for early reading skills. Our game provides dual voiceovers for both sounds and letters in Russian, enhancing the learning experience.
Designed for children and toddlers, this alphabet app is ideal for kids aged 4 to 6, though gifted children as young as 3 can benefit, with the optimal learning age being around 5 years, just before starting school.
We recommend beginning with vowels: A, O, U, Y, I, E, Yo, E, Yu, Ya (10 vowels in total). These are easier for children to pronounce and learn. Initially, focus on the 6 simple vowel sounds: A, O, U, Y, I, E, and then introduce the 4 combined vowel letters: E = Y + O; E = Y + E; Yu = Y + U; Ya = Y + A. Vowels can also be categorized into stressed and unstressed.
Following the vowels, introduce the consonants: B, V, G, D, ZH, Z, J, K, L, M, N, P, R, S, T, F, X, Ts, Ch, Sh, Shch (21 consonants). Don’t forget the 2 auxiliary letters Ъ and Ь. Together, these make up the 33 letters of the Russian alphabet.
This educational game is freely available and designed to help your child swiftly master sounds and letters. If your child enjoys the game, please leave a review – it's the best way to show appreciation. Thank you, and may your family be filled with joy!
