The game is played using a standard 52-card deck. To start, players must place an equal bet on both the Ante and Blind. There's also an optional Trips bet, which pays out only when certain hands are made. The dealer then deals two cards to the player and two to themselves, with the player able to view their own cards. At this point, players can either check or place a Play bet, which can be three or four times the Ante.

Next, the dealer reveals three community cards. If the player checked initially, they now have the option to make a Play bet double the Ante or check again. If they've already bet, no further action is needed. Following this, the dealer turns over the final two community cards. If the player has checked twice, they must now place a Play bet equal to the Ante or fold, losing both the Ante and Blind bets in the process.

Both the dealer and the player aim to create the best possible five-card hand using their hole cards and the community cards. The dealer needs at least a pair to qualify. Once hands are compared, the outcome of the Blind, Ante, and Play bets is determined by Ultimate Texas Holdem rules. If the player wins and the dealer qualifies, all three bets pay out. If the dealer doesn't qualify, the Ante bet is returned to the player. If the dealer wins, the player loses all bets except for the Trips bet, which is resolved independently. In the event of a tie, all bets are returned to the player.
