Adventure Mode
Embark on an exciting journey through **Adventure Mode**, which starts with daytime levels and progresses to the more challenging nighttime scenarios. At the beginning of each level, select the plants you wish to bring into battle. You'll start with two plants and two slots, but as you advance, the number of plants and slots will increase, offering you up to thirty different plants and ten slots to work with. The game is set across five lanes, where zombies march towards your house, confined to a single lane. Deploy your diverse arsenal of plants, each boasting unique powers, to halt the zombies in their tracks. Remember, planting costs "sun," which you can earn during daytime levels or by utilizing specific plants. If a zombie breaches the end of a lane, a lawnmower will activate, clearing that lane of zombies. However, if a second zombie reaches the same lane, it's game over.
Mini-Games
Enhance your gameplay with nine different mini-games, each containing eight levels to test your skills:
- Light Up Stars: Fill designated spaces with Starfruit to complete levels. Strategically select and place plants within the marked areas.
- Slot Machine: Let the slot machine decide your plant placements. Face endless waves of zombies until you gather enough sun to meet the level's goal.
- Little Zombie: Battle shrunken mini-zombies in large numbers. Plants are provided via a conveyor belt, with varying sets per level. Pro tip: Save bombs for the big waves.
- Last Stand: Survive 3-5 rounds with a starting selection of ten plants, no sun-producing options. Begin with 3000 to 5000 sun, and gain an extra 250 sun per round.
- Zombie Quick: Experience the game at double speed, affecting zombies, plants, projectiles, falling sun, and plant recharge rates.
- Invisible Zombies: Challenge yourself with unseen zombies. Use plants delivered by a magic conveyor belt and identify zombie positions with ice-shrooms or shooters.
- Bowling: Roll Trees, Palm Trees, and Tomato Bombs behind white lines to knock zombies away at varying angles, possibly hitting multiple targets.
- Push Pumpkin: Control a zombie to push pumpkins into targets. Remember, the zombie can only push, not pull.
- Dotman: Navigate a Piranha flower through a maze, eating all dots and avoiding four colorful zombies.
