Netmarble has rolled out a thrilling update for Tower of God New World, enhancing the collectible card RPG experience on both Android and iOS platforms. This latest patch introduces new heroes, a dynamic PvP mode, and a series of events, providing players with a plethora of fresh content to explore.
The update's spotlight shines on SSR+ [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo, a Yellow Element Assassin who leads the Po Bidau Army's floating ship, the Victor. Hugo thrives in the heat of battle, where she believes she truly belongs. Her Luxury Shield ability allows her to unleash devastating damage on a selected target, making her a formidable addition to any team.
Joining Hugo is SSR [Unleashed Desire] David, a Purple Element Support and one of White's clones. David is designed for survivability and specializes in removing debuffs from allies, making him an invaluable asset in strategic combat scenarios.
The update also introduces the Coliseum Arena, an exciting new multi-deck PvP mode where players engage in real-time battles. The arena operates on a weekly cycle, with specific characters receiving bans or buffs based on their performance in the previous season. The inaugural season of the Coliseum Arena runs until March 19th, offering Expirable Titles as rewards based on player rankings.
Several limited-time events are now live, running through March 26th. The [Luxury] Po Bidau Hugo Festival invites players to delve into Hugo's Emily Talk Story and claim various rewards. The Hugo Release Celebration features a range of activities including Special Summons, Check-Ins, Boost Missions, and TapTap Plus, with prizes such as Suspendiums and an SSR+ Hugo up for grabs.
The White Day 'Sweet Popping Candy' event lets players collect 'Little Candy' through gameplay, which can be exchanged for SSR+ Soulstones, SSR Soulstones, and an [S] Equipment Selection Chest. Additionally, Hugo's Luxury Festa! event offers up to 60 Gentleman Summon Tickets for completing missions.
To keep the competition fresh and engaging, new seasons for the Alliance Expedition and Revolution Room have been introduced.
