Where to Find New Weapons in Hyper Light Breaker
Explore Overgrowths to discover new gear. While exploration naturally yields rewards, focusing on sword (Blades) or pistol (Rails) icons on the map directly leads to these weapon types.
Blades are melee weapons, each with unique movesets and abilities. Rails are ranged weapons, each possessing distinct functionalities. Both come in varying rarities, with gold being the most powerful. Rarity directly correlates with weapon stats, as expected in loot-based games.
Store any discovered weapon in your personal stash by selecting "Cache" instead of "Equip." Equip these weapons before subsequent runs by modifying your loadout at the Outpost.
Acquiring New Starting Weapons
