TRAGsoft is developing a new roguelike spin-off for its popular monster-taming RPG, Coromon. Announced for nearly all platforms, including Android, Coromon: Rogue Planet is slated for a 2025 release.
What's New?
The recently released trailer showcases exciting new features. Coromon: Rogue Planet retains the classic turn-based combat of its predecessor, but integrates roguelite elements for a fresh experience. Explore the ever-changing Veluan wilderness, featuring over ten biomes that shift with each playthrough.
A unique "rescue and recruit" system lets you unlock seven playable characters with distinct styles by assisting them in the wild. Over 130 monsters await, each with unique elemental affinities, personalities, and abilities.
A meta-progression system allows continuous character and equipment upgrades. Gather resources and collaborate with other players to unravel an interstellar spaceship mystery.
Ready for Adventure?
Coromon fans are understandably thrilled! The gameplay looks incredibly promising. While a precise release date remains undisclosed, the official Steam page is live, providing additional details.
Pre-registrations are anticipated later this year or early next year. Until then, we eagerly await the mobile version.
