Cell Garden: Achieving Freedom in Wars Remastered

Quick Links

Early in Freedom Wars Remastered's main storyline, you'll need to locate the Cell Garden within your Panopticon. Once found, it becomes a valuable resource farming location, offering a safer alternative to standard operations. Multiple Cell Gardens exist, each accessed using a consistent method regardless of your game progression. This guide details Cell Garden access and resource farming.

Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances in Freedom Wars Remastered

Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl story initiates your search for the Cell Garden. Begin in Level 2's main cell block (2-A000). Locate a small, elevator-like room in the left corner. Interacting with it transports you to 2-E165 (Enzo's location).

Proceed to the right wall in 2-E165 and find another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device accessing the Cell Garden.

This access method remains consistent across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. Post-main quest completion, access to any Cell Garden becomes unrestricted, though acquiring the Quick-Travel Entitlement is highly recommended.

Each device leading to the next area or the Cell Garden is marked with a blue door icon.

How the Cell Garden Functions in Freedom Wars Remastered

The initial Cell Garden story mission differs from subsequent uses. Here's the standard Cell Garden operation:

  • A one-minute time limit applies.
  • The room's layout randomizes each visit.
  • Eight resource orbs (small green spheres) are scattered throughout.

Entitlements purchased from the Liberty Window extend your Cell Garden time. Some layouts present puzzles, making time extensions beneficial. The first upgrade, granting a two-minute limit, unlocks at CODE level 3.
