Have you ever played Archero? I'm sure many of us have tried it at least once. It's been over five years since Habby released the original game, and now they've launched its sequel, Archero 2, which is available on Android with all the '2.0 updates.'
If you never played the first one, here's a quick overview: Archero kicked off the hybrid-casual trend, blending tower defense with roguelike elements. You play as the Lone Archer, shooting arrows and dodging monsters through dungeons.
Since Archero, Habby has released other hybrid-casual games like Survivor.io, Capybara Go!, and Penguin Isle on Android. They've promised that the sequel is bigger, faster, and sure to outdo the original.
What's the Story This Time?
Archero 2 introduces a twist. The Lone Archer is out of commission, tricked by the Demon King and now leads an army of villains as the enemy. It's up to you to step in, grab your bow, and fight through the chaos to save the day.
Archero 2 on Android features revamped combat with new rarity settings that make each choice significant. The game includes 50 main chapters and 1,250 floors of the Sky Tower. Dungeons are packed with Boss Seal Battles, Trial Tower, and the infamous Gold Cave.
You'll explore three modes: Defense, where you set up against waves of enemies; Survival, which is timed; and Room, which has a limited number of areas.
Archero 2 on Android also includes PvP gameplay. If you think this game is right up your alley, you can download it for free from the Google Play Store.
