HoYoverse's Tears of Themis receives a celestial update: "Legend of Celestial Romance." Beginning January 3rd, players embark on a mythical fantasy adventure within the virtual world, Codename: Celestial.
A Mythical Fantasy Event
This event transports players to a virtual cultivation world within Tears of Themis. The NXX team adopts new identities, exploring secret realms hidden within a divine mountain. Players journey through mystical landscapes alongside them.
The NXX team receives an invitation to a virtual game featuring leveling up, exploration of mysterious realms, and challenging battles and puzzles using unique sect skills assigned to each companion. Participation earns players event-limited rewards, including the "Upon the Heavens" Invitation, four event-limited R cards, a Namecard, and a Badge—some are free.
The core of the event focuses on romance with a celestial twist. The "Legend of Celestial Romance" event introduces four new SSR cards obtainable via the Shadow of Themis gacha system: Luke's "Love Across Realms," Artem's "A Timeless Dream," Vyn's "Trial by Love," and Marius's "Captivating Hearts." A romantic Legend of Celestial Romance Dynamic Invitation is also available, showcasing a scene with flickering candles, drawn curtains, and exchanged vows.
Further Challenges --------------------Players face training challenges at the Celestial Abode Lizhu to increase their Cultivation Level. Completing event tasks awards Activeness points and Celestial Moon Vases, redeemable for rewards such as 10 Tears of Themis – Limited, the Celebration – Legend Namecard, and a past event SR card.
